Shipping and Payment
Shipping is carried out with BRT – SDA – GLS.
Orders are processed the day after confirmation.
Delivery times for small items are delivered 3/4 days.
Delivery times for terracotta vases are 5 to 10 working days. Delays may occur during peak demand periods, such as March/June and September/October. We recommend contacting us for details on actual delivery times.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for products are included in the prices for orders over €100, excluding pellets, wooden houses, and chestnut poles.
Shipments under €100 in value cost €8.78.
To offer greater flexibility, we offer a choice of courier: GLS, costing € 8.78 ; BRT, costing € 8.78 ; and SDA, costing €8.78 . The choice of courier is not binding on us; the company reserves the right to change the courier based on the delivery area and/or weight of the package being shipped.
Shipping costs do not include delivery of the shipped material to the floor.
Since terracotta vases are fragile, complaints will not be accepted after 48 hours. Complaints must be made with demonstration videos of the package being opened.
It is always advisable to add the control reservation before signing the customer's payment slip.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, credit cards, and installment payments with Soisy.
For payments via bank transfer, please note that the goods will be shipped only after the funds have been received in our account.

Who can pay with pagantis?
Any natural person over the age of 18 residing in Italy and in possession of a Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card or prepaid card.
How can you pay with Pagantis?
The first installment will be charged to the card you provided when applying for financing.
Pagantis will then automatically charge the monthly installments to the card you provided. You can change your payment method by logging into your reserved area.
What documents do I need to submit?
You will need to present a valid ID (ID card or passport). You will not be asked to provide proof of income or a payslip.
What cards are accepted?
All Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards issued in Italy are accepted.
Pagantis accepts payments in 4 installments for a maximum of €800.
The first installment is paid immediately with a direct debit to your card, the other 3 installments will be charged every 15 days.
