Returns and Refunds

Online sales of our products are considered distance contracts and are therefore governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (articles 50 to 68), which regulates distance contracts, i.e., those concluded outside of commercial premises. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer must send Gardenone a notification. The notification must be sent by email to  info@gardenone.store .

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, and in the following cases:

-in the absence of the original packaging;

- In the absence of any of the items included in the package (accessories, instruction manuals, etc.), the purchased item must be returned intact in all its parts (including the manufacturer's packaging), along with any documentation. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer; shipping remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. If the item is damaged during transport, the customer will be notified by email so they can file a complaint with the courier used.

-for damage to the product.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional, commercial, or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer.

The withdrawal is however binding for:

  • all or part of the order, indicating the code number;
  • If one of the above-listed parts is missing after the goods arrive, the customer will be notified by email and the goods will be returned, with the shipping costs being charged again.

Refund request timeframe:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Agriser soc coop, within 14 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to withdraw from the contract using the following methods:

Within three business days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, Gardenone will send the Customer an Authorization Number identifying the request. Within 14 business days of receiving the authorization number, the Customer will ship the product, carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and all original contents, to:  Gardenone – Agriser soc. coop.  Località Olmini – 58036 – Roccastrada (GR) – Italy.  The product must be carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and all original contents. The authorization number must be indicated on the packaging.

The costs of returning the goods (excluding errors resulting from our error) will be borne by the customer.

Methods and times for refunding the Customer for the cost of the product and shipping costs

Agriser soc. coop. will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving notification of the Customer's decision to exercise their right of withdrawal. If the product has already been delivered to the Customer, Agriser soc. coop. will refund the amount after the product has been returned and verified to be intact.

For purchases made with one of the following payment methods:

– Cash on Delivery

– Credit card

- bank transfer

– postal order

Agriser soc. coop. will process the refund via bank transfer.

For purchases made via PayPal, the refund will be made via a credit to the Customer's account.

Agriser will withhold from the refund the collection fees charged by the payment institution Stripe or Paypal.

Defective Item Policy

For defective items such as:

  1. items damaged during transport
  2. material not compliant with the order
  3. objects with manufacturing defects

The customer must inform Gardenone via email, at info@gardenone.store, attaching a photo of the defect and a request for replacement.

If the customer notices damage to the packaging during transport, they can accept the goods with a right of reservation, indicating this on the unloading slip. If this is not the case, Agriser soc. coop. reserves the right to verify the damage.

Within three business days of receiving notification of damage or defect, Gardenone will send the Customer an Authorization Number identifying the claim. Within 5 business days of receiving the authorization number, the Customer will ship the product, carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and all original contents, to:  Gardenone – Agriser soc. coop.  Location Olmini – 58036 – Roccastrada (GR) – Italy.  The product must be carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and all original contents. The authorization number must be indicated on the packaging along with the authorization number received.

In this case the return costs will be borne by Agriser soc. coop.,

Agriser soc. coop. will send the replacement material as soon as it receives the return from the customer.
