Our history: strong roots, looking to the future
It all began in 1965 , in an old farmhouse in the Maremma Authority, when Vecchiarelli Mario decided to open a small sales point dedicated mainly to the sale of food for farmyard animals .
It's a simple shop, born from hard work and a passion for the land, designed to support those who work with dedication every day in the fields and countryside of our Maremma.
Growth and innovation
As the years passed, demand also grew: pet food was joined by the first accessories for farmyard animals, and then came the first petrol-powered chainsaws and brush cutters – the legendary Castor and Taiakana – tools that became symbols of an era of change and modernization.
In 1985, with the steady increase in sales, the original space was no longer sufficient: the main warehouse was built and the collaboration with Mario's son, Fabio Vecchiarelli, officially began. It was the beginning of a new era: we participated in trade fairs, formed strategic partnerships, and brought our name throughout the Maremma region, all the way to Siena.
The range is expanding: agricultural equipment, greenhouses and tunnels, and gardening tools. Our customer base is diversifying and becoming loyal, recognizing our store as a reliable source of support.
A family business that looks to the future
In 2010 , the third generation, Stefano Vecchiarelli, joined the company . He pushed for innovation, and in 2015, the first version of our e-commerce site was launched : an important step that allowed us to reach those who live far away but seek the quality and expertise that have always distinguished us.
In 2020 , Vecchiarelli Natalia also joined , bringing new energy and an increasingly broad vision, in step with the times.
In recent years, the company has continued to grow: we have expanded the yards , strengthened the covered structures and today we boast 650 m2 of warehouse space and over 2,000 m2 of exhibition space .
