Shipping methods
Shipping is carried out with BRT – DHL - GLS.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Delivery times for small items are delivered within 24/48 hours depending on the area.
Delivery times for agricultural machinery such as (rototillers and motor cultivators – chippers – mowers – shredders, etc.) are 4-5 working days.
For products such as garden sheds and pellets, delivery times range from 3 to 6 weeks depending on the production period (if the product is not available in the warehouse).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for products are included in the prices for orders over €1000, excluding pellets, wooden houses, and chestnut poles.
Shipments under €100 in value cost €6.00.
For poles, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination area.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, credit cards, and installment payments with Soisy.
For payments via bank transfer, please note that the goods will be shipped only after the funds have been received in our account.

What cards are accepted?
All Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards issued in Italy are accepted.
Pagantis accepts payments in 4 installments for a maximum of €800.
The first installment is paid immediately with a direct debit to your card, the other 3 installments will be charged every 15 days.
